Tourist Tax

In the municipality of San Bartolomeo al Mare, the tourist tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, from April 1st to October 31st, at a cost of €0.50 per person. Children under 12 years old are exempt from the tourist tax.

Additional Costs

Final cleaning of the apartment: €65.00

Hours

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  Attention: It is absolutely necessary to notify the reception in advance if arriving after 7:00 PM.

• Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  We will do our best to organize early check-in or late check-out. All residence services will still be available from the early hours of the arrival day until late afternoon on the departure day.

Important Information

It is necessary to specify the exact number of guests at the time of booking and the age of children.
Upon departure, a detailed inspection of the apartment will be carried out for any damage or breakage.

Cancellation Policy

In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount of the stay will still be charged.

• Crib: €4.00 per night
• Coin-operated laundry: €5.00 per token
• Tennis: €10.00 per hour
