Terms and conditions

The tourist tax introduced by San Bartolomeo al Mare Town Hall is due for the first 7 consecutive nights, for the period from 01 st of April to 31 th of October.

Prices are inclusive of: VAT, electricity, water, gas, heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, Wi-Fi.

Cost for final cleaning Euro 50.00.

Check-in from 16.00 to 19.00.

It is absolutely necessary to inform the reception in advance in case of arrival after 7.00 pm.

Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00.

We will do our best to organize an early check-in or a late check-out, all the residence services will be at your disposal from the first hours of the arrival day to the late afternoon of departure day .

You must specify the exact number of guests at the time of booking and the children age.

Upon departure, a detailed inspection of the apartment will be carried out for any damage or breakage.



Cancellation policy:
In case of no show, late arrival and early departure, the full amount of the stay will still be charged.

Laundromat: € 5.00 (coin)
Tennis: € 10.00 per hour
